Peanut Butter Brownie Cookies

Peanut Butter Brownie Cookies

2 1/3 cups low fat brownie mix (I used Betty Crocker)
2 tbsp. natural style peaunt butter
2 tbsp. 1% lowfat milk
2 tbsp. egg substitute
cooking spray
2 tbsp. lightly salted dry roasted peanuts, chopped

1. Preheat over to 375
2. Lightly spoon brownie mix into dry measuring cups and combine with peanut butter, milk and egg subsitute. Drop by tablespoon on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle each with chopped peanuts gently pressing them into the dough
3. Bake for 9 minutes or until puffed. Mine didn't change much in shape at all and when they were done I gently took a small spatula and pressed them down to make them a little flatter. Very good!

This should make about 2 dozen cookies with a point value of 1 per cookie. Not too bad and tasty!
